How We Run the Hall: Monthly Committee Meetings

The Weston Village Hall Management Committee aims to meet on the fourth Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the village hall. These regular meetings provide an opportunity to discuss the ongoing management, maintenance, and future plans for the hall, as well as to review bookings, finances, and community feedback.

Please note that meetings are not usually held in June, due to preparations and involvement in the Village Fete, and no meeting is typically scheduled in December, allowing for a break over the festive period.

 Members of the public or representatives of local user groups are welcome to attend a committee meeting by prior arrangement.
